BAYLEY HOMES is a boutique property development company. We specialise on high specification refurbishments, conversions, and new build.
As a forward-thinking, modern, and privately owned property development company we acquire land and buildings with potential, to develop a scheme to either “flip” or “hold” the properties for our clients or through one of our other subsidiaries.
Founded by Amit Malhotra, BAYLEY HOMES works with a “Master Builder” approach to each and every project, with an all-encompassing knowledge of building design and construction applied to the construction management process and directing of trades.
Modern homeowners and building professionals are once again beginning to appreciate the benefits of the master-builder concept, engaging a specialist to manage all the aspects and trades involved in a building or renovation process so information flows seamlessly between the architect, builder, craftsmen, and owner during all phases of the project.
Amit’s and Bayley Homes' concept of “Master Builder” allows them to work intimately with their clients to provide them with their custom, unique and beautifully built dream home.
A man with a vision
Amit Malhotra is passionate about property and always looks at each project from all and every angle to see how one can streamline the activities involved and add substantial value.
He started his property journey back in 2005 after graduating from University of Southampton. He concentrated in purchasing and renovating rundown properties, turning them into high-yielding assets in and around London and commuter towns whilst working in a day job.
After 8 years of working in the corporate world whilst fully understanding the property market he founded “Investams” in 2013, a company that concentrated on mixed-use developments and residential developments.
In 2020, he decided to take a new perspective and rebranded the company as Bayley Homes. Bayley homes now also has expanded into land/site acquisition and new homes.
Amit has managed many custom renovations, and he understands attention to detail and the follow-through that every major project requires. Amit’s aim is adding value to everything he works with.
